Engineers Without Borders Malaysia (EWBM) We are a non-profit organisation that aims to harness the expertise of students, educators, academics and professionals in Malaysia for engineering projects that benefit local, underprivileged communities with an emphasis on environmental sustainability and community empowerment.

The model of education that Engineers Without Borders uses is called service learning, which consists of students getting experience by building infrastructure in struggling 3rd world communities. Engineers Without Borders - Cornell is a group of passionate and highly motivated students who aim to create long-lasting solutions to problems in international communities. We are affiliated with University of Sheffield Students Union.

One of EWB’s yearly highlights is the Humanitarian Engineering Conference, and 2019 was no exception. All those who attended heard from many amazing speakers and had the opportunity to talk with other like-minded individuals about humanitarian happenings.
